    1.     Policy

Please read it carefully and if you are happy with our policy, you can decide to join us. Our policy is quite strict. It is because we want to make sure that we can fully commit to all our members.

We are committed to you and so we ask you to commit to what you decided to do with us. So, before signing in the application form, please read the terms and conditions carefully and you may sign when you fully accept our policy.

    2.     Terms

Some members want to have a break over the summer (July & August). Therefore, we have arranged terms as follows:

    •   1st Term: September – January (5 months)
    •  2nd Term: February – June (5 months)
    • Summer Term: July & August (2 months)

    3.     Payment

Payment must be paid monthly by cash, cheque or Direct Debit (it will go out on the first Monday every month). We are in the process to set up the Direct Debit. Until then, payment will be accepted by cash or cheque.

We have two membership options; standard membership & premium membership. If you are a standard member, you train only once a week. If you are a premium member, you can come as many classes as you want per week. However, you can only come one class per day. You can get a great value of money when becoming a premium member.

    5.     Important policy of the payment

Any missed lessons can be made up within four weeks. The monthly fee is non refundable and is payable in the first week of every month whether you miss the classes or not in the previous month.

It is your responsibility to commit to the weekly classes. So, once you decided to join our academy, you shouldn’t miss the classes. If you have to miss a class, you should try to come to an extra class within the next 4 weeks to catch up. Please be sure that you may not be allowed to join the class without paying for the monthly fees for more than 2 weeks, unless you have made a pre-arrangement with us.

    6.     Safety

It is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to ensure the safety of their children while on our premises. Please be on time and supervise your child/children until handover.

The academy is not responsible for any loss or damage of members and their family’s personal belongings.

For safety reason, parents/guardians are not allowed to stay in the training hall. If you would like to watch your children, you can only watch him/her in the public viewing area downstairs in front of the training hall.

Those who are invited to the grading can only apply for the grading. (Generally, if you don’t get any specific suggestion before grading, it means you are invited to the next grading.) If your child is not ready for the next belt, you will be advised to bring your child to pre-grading workshops and regular weekend workshops in order for them to catch up. It is your responsibility and decision to bring your child to those workshops. Your decision will affect your child’s development and also grading.

    9.     Assessment & Weekend workshops

Your child will be assessed regularly to make sure that your child is progressing smoothly.
